This Luxury Seafood Box includes

• Cooked Lobster, Regular (400-500g live weight.. minimum cooked weight 320g
• Fresh Live Oysters (12pcs)
• Cooked Crevettes, Frozen (900g)
• Half dozen scallops and shells (Raw)
• Baeri Caviar (20g) 

Preparation required:

• Cook Scallops (grill or pan fry)
• Defrost Prawns
• Shuck Oysters

Lobster Tomalley: Tomalley is a soft, green substance sometimes found in the body cavity of the lobster. It functions as the liver and pancreas and is quite normal, it does not signify there is anything wrong with the lobster.

We usually use freshly cooked Lobsters, however occasionally bad weather or supply issues require us to use previously frozen Lobsters.

Fresh caught products, due to many different factors such as bad weather conditions and seasonality, may occasionally be substituted with a similar alternative - we will always notify you of this
