This gluten-free pack includes 100% natural oak smoked Chorizo and Morcilla, plus one piece of salted Pancetta. Simply finely slice each of the ingredients and stir into your dish as it cooks to add a wonderful depth of flavour. Typically used to make Asturian ‘Fabada’ a Spanish bean stew but is equally fantastic in chickpea or lentil dishes.
