Wild Turbot is one of the most highly prized flat fish we have around our coast. Fresh Whole Turbot is referred to as the 'King of fish', it has a wonderful firm texture and mild flavour. Our fresh Whole Turbot are caught from the UK South West Coast and hand prepared by our fishmongers, supplied oven ready direct to your door. Available in two sizes.
Simply place the whole fresh Turbot into a large roasting pan, splash with olive oil and roast in the oven for around 30-40 mins (see our recipe section for more detail). This large whole Turbot is ideal to share and makes a great family weekend roast or statement dinner party dish.

- Each pack contains either:
- Medium - 900g to 1.1kg x 1, (Serves 2 to 3)
- Large - 1.4kg to 1.7kg x 1, (Serves 4 to 5)
- Whole fish, gutted, skin on
- Serves 2 to 5 (depending on box size ordered)
- Suitable for freezing
